# Can I appeal a ban or suspension?

If you believe your account was banned or suspended unfairly, you have the right to appeal the decision. Our team reviews all appeals carefully and will reconsider your case.
## **Why Was My Account Banned?**
Before appealing, it helps to understand common reasons for account bans:
**Offerwall Terms of Service Violations:** Each offerwall on EarnLab has its own Terms of Service. Violating these terms—such as using fraudulent methods to complete offers or triggering chargebacks—can result in account suspension.
**EarnLab Terms of Service Violations:** Actions that violate our [Terms of Service](https://earnlab.com/terms) will lead to suspension. This includes:
* Using VPNs, proxies, or tools to mask your location
* Creating or operating multiple accounts
* Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
* Engaging in any form of fraud or abuse
**Inappropriate Behavior in Chat:** EarnLab has a community chat where users can interact. Inappropriate behavior—including insults, harassment, hate speech, spam, or abusive language toward other users or staff—will result in account suspension.
