Moving to a new country or noticed that your region isn't set correctly on EarnLab? Here's what you need to know about country and region settings.
How Your Region Is Determined
EarnLab automatically detects your country based on your IP address. This isn't something you set manually—the platform identifies your location each time you access it and displays offers and withdrawal options available in your region.
Why Does Region Matter?
Your detected region affects several things on EarnLab:
Available Offers: Different countries have access to different offers. Advertisers target specific regions, so the offers you see are tailored to your location.
Withdrawal Options: Some payment methods are only available in certain countries. The withdrawal options shown to you are based on your detected region.
Earnings Conversion: Offers pay in USD, but your earnings may be displayed or processed in regional currencies depending on your location and chosen withdrawal method.
I've Moved to a New Country
If you've legitimately moved to a new country, your region should update automatically when you access EarnLab from your new location. The platform will detect your new IP address and adjust your available offers and withdrawal options accordingly.
Keep in mind:
- Some offers you previously completed may still be unavailable, as offer tracking is tied to your user history, not just your current location.
- It may take some time for the full range of offers in your new region to appear.
Can I Manually Change My Region?
No, you cannot manually change your region setting. The platform uses your IP address to determine your location automatically. This system exists to ensure users see offers relevant to their actual location and to prevent fraud.
Important Warning About VPNs
Do not use VPNs, proxies, or any tools to fake your location. This is a serious violation of our Terms of Service and will result in:
- Offers not tracking correctly
- Chargebacks on completed offers
- Account suspension or permanent ban
Even if you're trying to access offers from another region, using location-masking tools puts your entire account at risk. It's not worth it.
My Region Is Detected Incorrectly
If your region appears to be wrong even though you're not using a VPN:
- Check that you're not connected to a VPN or proxy without realizing it (some browsers or apps have built-in VPNs).
