How can I contact an offerwall?

This article provides an updated list of contact methods and instructions for reaching out to our offerwalls/offer providers to resolve any issues you may encounter when completing offers through their services.

If you have any problems with a task started via an offerwall, in most cases, you can view your reward status within the offerwall itself. Here, you may find options to contact the offerwall directly for assistance with specific issues. This direct line of communication can often expedite the resolution process.


Torox:

- Access the Torox offerwall and click "My activity".
- Select the relevant tab and click the affected offer; look for the "Missing Credits?" button.
- For general inquiries, use the options below:

Notik:

- Scroll to the footer of Notik's offerwall and click "Terms of Service."
- You'll be redirected to their website, where you can access the "contact" button from the header.
- Find their support email here: support@notik.me

MM Wall:

- To contact MM Wall about specific offer issues, go to the "In Progress" tab on the lower middle of the offerwall.
- Select the offer with problems and click the support button at the top right of the offerwall.
- Answer the following questions to assist MM Wall in resolving the issue.

My Chips:

- Encounter an issue on My Chips? Head to their offerwall and click on the support button located at the top right corner. This action will guide you through opening a support ticket for your specific concern.

Ayetstudios:

- On Ayetstudios' offerwall, click the three stripes at the top left.
- Choose "Reward Status," select the offer with issues, and scroll down to "Submit support ticket."
- For general inquiries, use the email below:

Lootably:

- To contact Lootably's support, visit the "Support" tab on the top right of the offerwall.
- Copy your Lootably ID and send your inquiry to support@lootably.com (include your Lootably ID).
- For Loot.tv issues, contact them via support@loot.tv.

AdscendMedia:

- To reach out to Adscend Media regarding a particular offer, visit their offerwall and select the "Support" option at the top right corner. Follow up by clicking on "Offer History" and choosing "Missing Points?" for the offer in question.

Revlum:

- If you're facing a problem with an offer on Revlum, simply access their offerwall, locate your specific offer, and use the "Report a problem" feature to initiate a query.

Monlix:

- Contact Monlix by clicking the three stripes at the top right of their offerwall and selecting "Contact."

AdGate Media:

- For specific offer issues, open AdGate's offerwall and click the three stripes at the top left.
- Select "Reward Status," choose the problematic offer, and click "Contact."

Adtowall:

- For addressing issues on Adtowall, navigate to their offerwall and select the settings icon at the top right. Proceed to 'Pending Offers' to find the option to contact Support, specifically for the offer that's causing trouble.

AdGem:

- To contact AdGem about a recent offer completion, visit their offerwall and click "Reward Status" from the header.
- Select the offer with issues and follow the instructions for contacting them.

Timewall:

- To contact Timewall about offer completions, scroll to the footer of their offerwall and click the chat icon at the bottom right.
- Alternatively, use their contact page.

Bitlabs:

- Simply visit their offerwall and locate the menu icon in the upper left corner.
- Navigate to the 'Reward History' section. Here, you'll find a 'Help' button adjacent to the name of the offer in question. Clicking this button will guide you through the process of submitting a ticket regarding your specific issue.

CPX Research:

- To contact CPX Research about survey-related issues, click the three stripes at the top left in the CPX Research area and select "Help."
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new support ticket with them.

RevU:

- To reach out to RevU regarding a particular offer you completed through their offerwall, visit RevU and click on the headset icon located at the top right corner to access their support tab. From here, select the specific offer you encountered issues with and follow the provided instructions to contact them accordingly.
