How can I contact an Offerwall?
This article provides a list of contact methods and instructions for reaching out to our offerwalls to resolve any issues you may encounter when completing offers through their services.
In most cases, you can view your reward status directly within the offerwall itself. Here, you will find options to contact the offerwall directly for assistance with specific issues, which can often help expedite the resolution process.
💡 Tip: Before reaching out, please make sure you have waited at least 72 hours after completing an offer, as some credits may take a little time to process.
EarnLab Gallery/Tasks Page
For issues with tasks completed directly on EarnLab's own Gallery or Tasks page, you can reach the support team through your EarnLab profile. Navigate to your profile, make sure you are on the Tasks tab, and click on "Started." From there, use the support option to get in touch with the support team.
💡 Please note: This option is only visible after 72 hours of starting the offer.
AdGem
Visit the AdGem offerwall and click on the three stripes in the top left corner, then select "Reward Status." Find the offer you are having trouble with and scroll to the bottom, where you will find the option to contact their support team by clicking the support button. For general inquiries, visit the AdGem Contact page.

AdGate Media
Open the AdGate offerwall and click the three stripes in the top left corner. Select "Reward Status," choose the problematic offer, and click "Contact." For general inquiries, visit the AdGate Support page.

AdScend Media
On the Adscend Media offerwall, click the "Support" button in the top right corner, then navigate to "Offer History" and select "Missing Points?" next to the relevant offer. For general inquiries, reach out via the Adscend Media General Inquiries page.

AdToWall
On the Adtowall offerwall, click the settings icon in the top right corner and navigate to "Pending Offers." From there, you will find the option to contact support specifically for the offer you are experiencing issues with.

Ayet Studios
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the Ayet Studios offerwall and select "Reward Status." Find the offer you are having issues with, scroll to the bottom, and click "Submit Support Ticket." For general inquiries, you can also reach them at offerwall@ayetstudios.com.

Besitos
Open the Besitos offerwall and click the headset icon at the bottom to open their support tab. From there, follow the instructions provided.

HangMyAds
On the HangMyAds offerwall, click the "Support" button at the top right. Your completed offers will be listed — select the one you were not credited for and a support ticket will be created for you. You can also reach them directly at support@hangmyads.com.

Lootably
Click the "Support" tab in the top right corner of the Lootably offerwall. Copy your Lootably ID and send your inquiry to support@lootably.com — be sure to include your Lootably ID so they can look up your account.

💡 Please note: If you are on mobile, click the three stripes in the top left corner and select "Reward Status." From there, click on the offer you need assistance with and follow the steps to contact their support team.

MM Wall
Navigate to the "In Progress" tab at the lower middle of the MM Wall offerwall. Select the offer you are having trouble with and click the support button at the top right. From there, answer the questions provided to help MM Wall investigate your issue. For general inquiries, you can also email them at mmwall@tv-two.com.

Monlix
Click the three stripes in the top right corner of the Monlix offerwall and select "Contact." Fill out the form and follow the requirements provided. You can also reach them via the Monlix Contact page.

MyChips
On the MyChips offerwall, click the support button at the top of the page. This will guide you through opening a support ticket for the specific offer you are having trouble with.

PrimeEarn
Open the PrimeEarn offerwall and click the question mark icon in the top right corner, then click "Ask a Question" at the bottom to open their support tab. Fill in the form and follow the instructions provided.

RevU
Open the RevU offerwall and click the headset icon in the top right corner to open their support tab. Select the offer you had issues with and follow the instructions provided. You can also reach them directly by email at support@revenueuniverse.com.

TimeWall
Scroll to the footer of the Timewall offerwall and click the chat icon in the bottom right corner. You can also reach them through their contact page.

Torox
Head to the Torox offerwall and click "My Activity." Select the relevant tab, find the affected offer, and click the "Missing Credits?" button to submit your claim. For general inquiries, you can also reach them at support@torox.io or via the Torox Contact page.

TyrAds
On the TyrAds offerwall, click the "Active Offers" button. Find the offer you need assistance with and click on it to access the support page for that specific offer. From there, you can file a ticket for the missing event.
