When you earn a bonus on EarnLab, it's automatically added to your account. You don't need to claim it manually or take any extra steps. However, depending on the type of bonus, it may appear in different wallet balances. 

Understanding Your Wallet Balances

EarnLab uses three separate wallet balances: 

Main Wallet: This is where your earnings from tasks, surveys, and most bonuses go—including Earn leaderboard rewards and most promo codes. 

Game Wallet: This balance is for the wagering side of the platform. Some promo code bonuses may be credited here depending on how they're set up. 

Affiliate Wallet: All earnings from your referrals and the affiliate program appear here. 

When checking for a bonus, make sure you're looking at the right wallet balance.

Types of Bonuses

There are several ways to earn bonuses on EarnLab:

Referral Bonuses: When someone uses your referral code, you receive $0.25 and 3 free boxes instantly. Plus, you earn ongoing commissions on their activity through the affiliate program.

Leaderboard Rewards: Prizes from the daily and monthly leaderboards are credited to your balance once the leaderboard period ends.

Promo Code Bonuses: When you redeem a valid promo code, the bonus is added to your balance immediately.

Box Winnings: Rewards from opening boxes appear in your balance right away.

Special Promotions: During events or limited-time promotions, any bonuses you earn are credited directly to your account.

Where to Check Your Balance

You can view your current balance at any time:

• Look at the top of the page where your Main balance is displayed. 
• Click on your balance or open your wallet to see all three balances: Main, Game, and Affiliate. 
• Visit your profile for a detailed breakdown of your earnings and transactions.

When Do Bonuses Appear?

Most bonuses are credited instantly or within a few minutes. However, timing can vary depending on the type of bonus:

• Promo codes, boxes, and referral sign-up bonuses: Instant.
• Leaderboard rewards: After the leaderboard period ends and results are finalized.
• Referral commissions: As your referrals earn and deposit on the platform.

My Bonus Hasn't Appeared — What Should I Do?

If you're expecting a bonus and don't see it in your balance:

1. Wait a few minutes—some bonuses take a moment to process.
2. Refresh the page or log out and back in.
