How long does it take to receive coins after completing an offer?

One of the most common questions our community members have is about crediting times for completed offers. We understand that seeing your hard-earned coins appear in your account is exciting, and we're here to explain exactly what to expect.

Credit Times Vary by Offer

The time it takes to receive coins after completing an offer depends on several factors, and each offer is different. Here's what you need to know:

Instant Credit

Some offers credit immediately upon completion. These are typically:

  • Simple registration tasks
  • Quick app downloads
  • Short surveys
  • Video watching offers
  • Highlighted Tasks (Turbo Rewards)

You'll see the coins appear in your account within seconds or minutes of completing these tasks.

Standard Credit (Within Hours)

Most offers credit within a few hours of completion. This is the most common timeframe, and it allows the offer provider to verify that you've completed all the required steps correctly.

Extended Credit (Up to 30 Days)

Larger, high-paying offers may take longer to credit—sometimes up to 30 days. These typically include:

  • Subscription sign-ups with trial periods
  • Purchases with cashback rewards
  • Mobile games requiring you to reach high levels
  • Tasks that need manual verification from the provider

The extended timeframe ensures that you've met all requirements, such as maintaining a subscription for a minimum period or reaching specific milestones in a game.

Understanding Offer Status

It's important to understand the difference between what you see on EarnLab.com and what you might see on the offerwall itself:

On EarnLab

When an offer shows as "Completed" in your Offers section, this means you've already received the coins in your EarnLab account. The coins have been credited and are available for you to use or withdraw.

On the Offerwall

When you check the same offer on the original offerwall, it might still show different statuses:

  • "Pending": The offerwall is still processing your completion
  • "On Hold": The offer is being reviewed by the provider
  • Other statuses: Different offerwalls use different terminology

This discrepancy is normal and doesn't affect your earnings—if it shows as completed on EarnLab.com, you already have your coins.

Delayed Postbacks

Sometimes you might complete an offer that doesn't appear immediately on either the offerwall or EarnLab. This is due to delayed postbacks—a technical delay in communication between the offerwall provider and our platform. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and depends on the offerwall's system. Rest assured that once the postback is received, your coins will be credited automatically.

How to Check Expected Credit Time

Before starting any offer, you can see the expected crediting time in the offer details. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Offerwalls section on EarnLab.
  2. Click on any offer to view its full description.
  3. Look for information about "Crediting Time" or "When You'll Get Paid."

This helps you set realistic expectations and choose offers that match your preferences.

Tracking Your Pending Credits

To monitor your completed offers and see which ones are pending:

  1. Visit your profile on EarnLab.
  2. Navigate to the "Tasks" section.
  3. Here you'll find a complete overview of your offer completions and their current status.

Remember: If an offer shows as "Completed" here, you've already received your coins, regardless of what the offerwall displays.

What If My Coins Don't Arrive?

If you've completed an offer and the coins haven't appeared within the expected timeframe, don't worry. Here's what to do:

Step 1: Be Patient

Check the expected crediting time for that specific offer. Some offers may take longer than anticipated, especially during high-traffic periods or due to delayed postbacks from the offerwall provider.

Step 2: Verify Completion

Make sure you completed all the required steps correctly:

  • Did you follow all instructions exactly as described?
  • Did you complete the offer without closing the window?
  • Were ad blockers or VPNs disabled if required?

Step 3: Check Your Tasks Section

Before contacting support, verify that the offer hasn't already been credited by checking your Tasks section. If it shows as "Completed" there, you've already received your coins.

Step 4: Contact Support

Since tracking is handled by the offer providers, you'll need to contact them directly after the 72-hour waiting period. The process depends on where you started the offer:

For Offerwall offers:

  1. Go back to the offerwall where you completed the offer
  2. Navigate to your offer history or completed offers section
  3. Find the offer in question and submit a ticket under "Missing Credits"
  4. Attach proof of completion (screenshots, confirmation emails, etc.)

For Offer Gallery Offers:

  1. Visit your profile on EarnLab
  2. Go to your "Tasks" section
  3. Find the started task (the support button will appear after 72 hours)
  4. Click the support button to contact the provider directly
  5. Submit the required proof for missing credits
