Common Login Issues and Solutions

Incorrect Password

The most common login problem is simply entering the wrong password.

Solution:

  • Double-check that Caps Lock is off.
  • Make sure you're entering the correct password—remember, passwords are case-sensitive.

Incorrect Email Address

You might be trying to log in with a different email than the one you registered with.

Solution:

  • Verify you're using the exact email address you signed up with.

Solution:

Reasons Your Account May Have Been Banned

Offerwall Terms of Service Violations: Each offerwall on EarnLab has its own Terms of Service. Violating these terms—such as using fraudulent methods to complete offers, chargebacks, or abuse—can result in account suspension.

EarnLab Terms of Service Violations: Actions that violate our Terms of Service will lead to account suspension. This includes:

  • Using VPNs, proxies, or tools to mask your location.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud or abuse.

Inappropriate Behavior in Chat: EarnLab has a community chat where users can interact. Inappropriate behavior in chat, including insults, harassment, hate speech, spam, or any form of abusive language toward other users or staff, will result in account suspension.

Suspicious Activity: Unusual patterns detected by our security systems may trigger an account review or suspension.

What to Do If Your Account Is Banned

If you believe your account was banned unfairly or you want to appeal the decision:

  1. Review the reason: Think about any actions that might have triggered the ban. Were you using a VPN? Did you violate any offerwall's terms? Did you behave inappropriately in chat?
  2. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team with:
    • Your username or email address.
    • A clear explanation of your situation.
    • Any relevant information that might help your case.
  1. Be honest: If you made a mistake, acknowledge it. Our team reviews appeals on a case-by-case basis, and honesty goes a long way.
  2. Wait for a response: Our support team will investigate and get back to you. Please be patient, as thorough reviews take time.

Important: Not all bans can be reversed. Serious violations, repeated offenses, or fraudulent activity typically result in permanent bans.
