My offer shows as "completed" but I didn't get coins — why?

We understand how confusing it can be when you see conflicting information about your offer status. Let's clear up any confusion and help you understand exactly what's happening with your coins.

Understanding "Completed" Status on EarnLab

Here's the most important thing to know: If an offer shows as "Completed" on EarnLab.com, you have already received your coins.

This is a common source of confusion, but we want to assure you that when our system marks an offer as completed, the coins have been automatically added to your account balance.

How to Verify Your Coins

If you're unsure whether you received the coins, here's how to check:

Step 1: Check Your Current Balance

Look at your coin balance displayed on the Earnlab website. Your total balance reflects all completed offers, including the one in question.

Step 2: Review Your Tasks History

  1. Navigate to your profile on EarnLab.
  2. Click on the "Tasks" section.
  3. Find the offer that shows as "Completed" and note when it was credited.
  4. Compare your current balance with your balance before that completion date—the difference should reflect the coins you earned from that offer.

Why the Offerwall Shows Different Status

You might notice that when you check the original offerwall where you completed the offer, it displays a different status such as:

  • "Pending"
  • "On Hold"
  • Still processing

This is completely normal. The offerwall's display doesn't always sync immediately with EarnLab's system. What matters is the status shown on Earnlab—if it says "Completed" here, your coins are already in your account, regardless of what the offerwall shows.

What About Delayed Postbacks?

In some cases, you might complete an offer and it doesn't appear anywhere—not on the offerwall and not on EarnLab. This happens due to delayed postbacks, which is a technical delay in communication between the offerwall provider and our platform.

Unfortunately, this delay is outside of our control and depends entirely on the offerwall's system. The good news is that once the postback is received, your offer will automatically appear as completed and your coins will be credited.

Still Don't See Your Coins?

If an offer shows as "Completed" on EarnLab but you genuinely believe the coins weren't added to your balance, here's what to do:

Double-Check Your Balance History

Before assuming there's an issue, carefully review:

  • Your current total coin balance
  • The coin value of the completed offer
  • Your balance before the offer was marked as completed

Sometimes the coins are there, but it's easy to lose track when you're completing multiple offers.

Contact Our Support Team

If after checking thoroughly you still believe there's a discrepancy, reach out to our live support team with the following information:

  • The name of the offer
  • The offerwall it was on
  • When it was marked as "Completed" on EarnLab
  • Your coin balance before and after (if you have this information)
  • Screenshots of your Tasks section showing the completed status

Our team will investigate your account and ensure everything is credited correctly.

Understanding the Process

To help avoid confusion in the future, here's how the crediting process works:

  1. You complete an offer following all the requirements.
  2. The offerwall verifies your completion (this may take time).
  3. The offerwall sends a postback to EarnLab confirming your completion.
  4. EarnLab credits your coins automatically and marks the offer as "Completed."
  5. The offerwall updates its own display (this may lag behind EarnLab's system).

The key takeaway is that Earnlab's "Completed" status is your source of truth—it means you've been credited.
