What activities can lead to an account suspension?

At EarnLab we work hard to maintain a fair and secure platform for everyone. To protect our community, we enforce rules that all users must follow. Here's what you need to know about activities that can result in account suspension.

Using VPNs, Proxies, or Location-Masking Tools

Using any tool to hide or fake your location is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • VPNs (Virtual Private Networks)
  • Proxy servers
  • Tor browsers
  • Any software that masks your real IP address

Even if you're using a VPN for privacy reasons unrelated to EarnLab, it can interfere with offer tracking and trigger a suspension. Always disconnect from VPNs before using the platform.

Creating Multiple Accounts

Each person is allowed only one EarnLab account. Creating additional accounts—whether to earn more, bypass restrictions, or for any other reason—is a serious violation that will result in all accounts being permanently banned.

This also applies if someone in your household already has an account. Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may be flagged, so make sure each person uses only their own account.

Fraudulent Offer Completion

Completing offers dishonestly undermines the entire platform. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using fake information to sign up for offers
  • Requesting refunds or chargebacks after receiving credit
  • Using bots or automated tools to complete offers
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches to earn credits unfairly
  • Completing the same offer multiple times across different offerwalls or devices

Violating Offerwall Terms of Service

Each offerwall on EarnLab has its own rules. Violating these rules—even if you weren't aware of them—can result in chargebacks and account suspension. Common offerwall violations include:

  • Not meeting the full requirements of an offer
  • Uninstalling apps before the required period
  • Using unauthorized methods to speed up offer completion
  • Providing false or misleading information to advertisers

Inappropriate Behavior in Chat

EarnLab has a community chat where users can interact. We expect all users to be respectful. The following behaviors will result in suspension:

  • Insults, harassment, or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Spam or excessive self-promotion
  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
  • Abusive language toward other users or staff
  • Attempting to scam or mislead other users

Account Sharing

Your EarnLab account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with others—whether friends, family, or strangers—is not allowed and puts your account at risk.

Exploiting Platform Vulnerabilities

If you discover a bug or vulnerability on EarnLab, do not exploit it. Instead, report it to our support team. Users who exploit bugs for personal gain will be suspended.

Providing False Information

Creating an account with fake details or providing misleading information to support can result in suspension. Always use accurate information when interacting with the platform.

Suspicious Activity Patterns

Our security systems monitor for unusual activity. Patterns that may trigger a review or suspension include:

  • Unusually high earnings in a short period
  • Completing offers at impossible speeds
  • Logging in from multiple distant locations in a short time
  • Other activity that doesn't match normal user behavior

Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:

  • Warning: For minor first-time offenses.
  • Temporary Suspension: Your account may be suspended for a set period.
  • Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent account termination.
  • Forfeiture of Earnings: Earnings obtained through fraudulent means will be removed, and pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

How to Stay Safe

To avoid suspension and keep your account in good standing:

  • Follow all EarnLab and offerwall Terms of Service.
  • Complete offers honestly and meet all requirements.
  • Use only one account.
  • Never use VPNs or location-masking tools.
  • Be respectful in community spaces.
  • Report bugs instead of exploiting them.
