Can leaderboard points be lost or reset?

If you're climbing the leaderboard on EarnLab, you might be wondering whether your hard-earned points are safe. Here's what you need to know.

Leaderboard Resets

Yes, leaderboard points reset—but only when the leaderboard period ends:

Daily Leaderboard: Resets every 24 hours. Your points start fresh each day.

**Monthly Leaderboard:** Resets at the end of each calendar month. Everyone starts from zero when the new month begins.

This is normal and expected. Each reset gives all users a fair chance to compete for rewards in the new period.

Can I Lose Points During a Leaderboard Period?

Under normal circumstances, no—your points won't decrease during an active leaderboard period. Points you earn by completing offers and opening boxes are added to your total and stay there until the period ends.

However, there are some exceptions:

Chargebacks: If an offer you completed gets reversed or charged back by the offerwall provider, the associated points may be removed from your leaderboard total.
