Manual Review
Your withdrawal may have been flagged for manual approval. This typically happens when you request a larger withdrawal amount or create multiple withdrawals in a short period. This is a standard security measure designed to protect your account and ensure all transactions are legitimate. Our team reviews these requests as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a notification once it's approved.
Pending Offer Credits
If you recently completed offers, the credits might still be pending verification from the offerwall provider. Since tracking is handled by external providers, credit times can vary from a few minutes to several days depending on the offer and the provider's system.
Technical Issues
Occasionally, technical delays can occur on our end or with the gift card provider. These are usually resolved quickly, but if the delay persists, our support team can investigate further.
Missing Credits from Offers?
If you believe you completed an offer but haven't received your credits, keep in mind that EarnLab acts as an intermediary—tracking is managed by the providers themselves. Here's what you should do:
- Wait 72 hours: Allow time for the provider's tracking system to register your completion.
- For offerwall offers: Submit a ticket directly inside the offerwall's history under "Missing Credits" and attach proof of completion.
- For Offer Gallery offers: After 72 hours, visit your profile and locate the started task—you'll see a support button to contact the provider directly.
What Can You Do About a Delayed Withdrawal?
- Check Your Profile: Visit your profile and navigate to the "Withdrawals" section to see the current status of your request.
- Wait for Notification: If your withdrawal is under manual review, you'll receive an email or notification once it's been approved.
